As soon as we receive your order, we will package your parcel and hand it over to Aramex on the next working day. Purchases on a Friday or a weekend will be shipped on Monday. 

Shipping directly to your door via courier costs a flat subsidised rate of R89. There is FREE SHIPPING on orders over R1350.

We will send the parcel tracking number to you as soon as the parcel is ready to be collected by the courier. To track your parcel, go to www.Aramex.co.za and type in the tracking number. Please note that we use the Aramex Store-to-Door facility and your parcel will only start tracking when it is scanned by the courier upon collection. This will happen after 3pm on the next working day. With this in mind,  it may take up to 36 hours for your parcel to appear in the tracking system.

Aramex delivers on working days between 8am - 5pm.  There are no deliveries after hours,  or on weekends, or public holidays.

Aramex can only deliver to a physical address in South Africa.  Items cannot be sent to post boxes as a signature is required. We regret that international shipping is not possible at this stage.

After collecting your parcel, Aramex typically delivers within 2-3 working days to main centres. It may take up to 5 working days to deliver to smaller towns and outlying areas. Aramex will send you an SMS when your parcel is out for delivery. At this stage, we are not able to offer an overnight service.

If your parcel does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us immediately so that we can follow up with Aramex. We check the tracking numbers regularly and if a parcel is marked delivered, we assume that you have received your parcel.  If you haven’t received your parcel, please get in touch within 7 days so that Aramex can launch a full investigation. Incorrect deliveries are very rare but can only be resolved if reported in a timely manner.
